Simple preparations could help you and your family during an extreme weather event. Having access to a list of emergency numbers is vital:
  • Life-threatening emergencies, dial 000 or 112 from a mobile phone (24 hours, 7 days a week)
  • Report a fault - gas and electricity (24 hours, 7 days a week)
  • SP AusNet's Customer Service Centre on 1300 360 795 (8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday)
