Risk Management policies
SP AusNet's risk management governance structure has two components. The charter of the Audit and Risk Management Committee of the Board is to oversee the financial and risk management functions within SP AusNet. The Group Risk Committee - which involves the Managing Director and Executive Managers - makes decisions and manages risk in accordance with SP AusNet's business objectives, risk tolerance and delegated authorities.

Nomination and Remuneration Committees
The Nomination Committee of SP AusNet Transmission, SP AusNet Distribution and the Responsible Entity is responsible for reviewing and making recommendations to the Board in relation to the appointment of new Directors, review of Board and Board Committee membership and performance, Board succession planning and the appointment of Senior Managers.

Compliance Committee
The Compliance Committee for SP Australia Networks Finance Trust is established by the Board of SP Australia Networks (RE) Ltd. The overriding objective of the committee is to support and advise the Board on compliance matters relevant to the Trust and Responsible Entity. The Committee's objectives include monitoring the Responsible Entity's compliance with applicable laws and regulations, in particular, the Corporations Act, Australian Financial Services Licence, constitution of the Trust and with the compliance plan adopted by the Responsible Entity.
